Your notes stay yours

Privacy & saved data

Local learning notes, workshop inquiries, and optional photo analysis.

Your lighting workspace

Gear profiles, calculator inputs, saved setups, calibration tests and lesson progress stay in this browser on this device. The tools do not upload these notes to a shared account. Export a JSON backup from My setups before clearing storage or changing devices.

Workshop inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, Learn Studio Lighting stores your name, email, city, equipment, experience, lighting goals and preferred timing so Dwayne can respond. Do not include sensitive information you do not need to share. Spam controls use technical request information and rate limits. An email service, when configured, sends the inquiry to dnaphotographystudio@gmail.com. Delivery status is tracked separately from receipt.

Ask about your inquiry data or request deletion by emailing dnaphotographystudio@gmail.com.

Reference photographs

The self-guided reference study displays your image locally. It is not included in saved setups or exports. If automated analysis is available, an explicit analysis action sends a resized image and the entered lighting context to OpenAI for processing. Learn Studio Lighting does not store uploaded image files. The tool requests that API responses are not stored; the provider’s own processing and retention policies still apply. Use only photographs you have permission to upload.

Hosting and measurement

The hosting platform processes ordinary request information. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives a network request. This release does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. It emits a local success event only after an inquiry is accepted; this is not a configured advertising conversion integration.

External links

DNA portfolio links and other references have their own privacy practices. No payment is collected on this website.

Clear this device

This clears browser-saved lighting data and progress. It does not delete a previously submitted workshop inquiry.
